Thane Estate is an independent estate agency operated by Thane Property Investments Ltd (Companies House no. 11240016), founded in 2026 and based in Loughton, Essex.
The agency was founded on a frustration shared by almost every home seller: estate agency fees that have barely changed in decades, even as the tools of the job — portals, photography, digital marketing — have made selling a home more efficient, not less. So we built the service we would want to sell our own home with: everything a high-street agent does, for a transparent 1% commission.
That means a free valuation, professional photography, floor plans, listings on Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket, accompanied viewings, negotiation and full sales progression — all included, with no sale, no fee. We cover Loughton, Buckhurst Hill, Epping, Chigwell, Theydon Bois, Debden, Harlow and the wider IG1–IG11 area, and because we are local, we price accurately and negotiate hard.
We are a small, focused team. You deal with the people doing the work, not a call centre — and we believe that is exactly how an estate agency should operate.
